Honey-Scented Chicken Thighs with Rosemary Potatoes

#Ingredients:

Chicken

Potatoes

Honey

Garlic

Cornstarch

Soy sauce

Olive oil

Butter

Mustard

Parsley

Basil

Salt and Pepper to taste

#Directions:

1.Preheat the oven to 400 OF.

2.Whisk 2tbs of honey, 3tbs soy sauce, minced garlic and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and toss. Marinate for 2 hours.

3.Chop the potatoes. Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to a separate rimmed baking sheet.

4.Warm the skillet to Mid-high heat and pour 2 tbsp olive oil. Add the marinated chicken thighs. Flip and cook until chicken thighs turn to golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken on potatoes.

5.In the same skillet, add the butter, minced garlic, 2 tbsp of honey, soy sauce, mustard and water. Add some cornstarch while boiling. Season with parsley and basil.

6.Meanwhile, add the taste on chicken thighs. Transfer to oven baking at 400 OF for 50 minutes.

7.Garnish with basil and serve.
