Shrimp Stir Fry 3 Ways

Stir-fried Shrimp with Asparagus

Ingredient:
300g medium size shrimps, peeled and deveined
160g Asparagus, cut into about 1-2 inch long pieces
1 Tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp cooking wine

Directions:
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat , add about 1 tbsp oil and shrimps, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry until shrimps are almost done.
3. Add cooking wine and asparagus. Stir frequently and cook until the asparagus is tender-crisp.
4. Serve.

Stir-fried Shrimp with Eggs

Ingredient:
280g medium size shrimps, peeled and deveined
6 eggs
28g green onion (finely chopped)
1 egg white
60g green peas
100g bell peppers( different colors), chopped
1 Tbsp starch
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cooking wine

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, egg white and starch and mix well.
2. In another large bowl, beat eggs, add green onion, salt and water, starch mixture and shrimps.
3. Ina large skillet at high heat, add about 2 tablespoon cooking oil till oil is very hot, pour in egg and shrimp mixture, stir till no more liquid.
4. Add green peas and bell pepper, stir-fry till they are cooked well.
5. Serve

Stir-fried Shrimp with Cashew nuts

Ingredient:
300g medium size shrimps, peeled and deveined
80g Raw cashew nuts
10g fresh garlic , minced
60g green peas
30g chili peppers(red and greens), chopped
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp salt
Starch and water mixture

Directions:
1.Deep fry cashew in low temperature till golden.
2. Heat a large skillet at high, add about 1 tbsp oil stir in garlic and chili peppers till fragrant, add shrimps and light soy sauce, stir fry till shrimps turns pink and cooked.
3. Add starch and water mixture turn quickly till shrimps are well glaced. Add cashew nuts.
4. Serve.
